The modelling industry, and the influence of social media, can place pressure on confidence, self-image, and mental wellbeing. That’s why our course includes structured mindset, mindfulness, and intention-setting practices designed to support a healthy, balanced mindset alongside professional development.
Each student receives a guided Manifesting Journal, thoughtfully designed to encourage reflection, clarity of intention, and confidence throughout the course, in a supportive and age-appropriate way.
